2. No Guarantee of Income
While we use professional tools and experience to optimize rental performance, we do not guarantee occupancy rates, revenue levels, or profitability. Market conditions, property condition, seasonality, and guest behavior are outside our control.

3. Owner Responsibilities
Property owners are responsible for:

• Maintaining their property in a safe and legally compliant condition

• Carrying appropriate insurance coverage

• Complying with local, state, and federal laws (including zoning, licensing, and tax requirements)

• Providing accurate and complete property information

4. Payments and Fees
Fees for services are outlined in individual agreements. Payments may be collected as a percentage of booking revenue or as otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Third-Party Platforms
We may list and manage properties on third-party platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, or similar services. Pro Host Cohost is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fee adjustments, or actions taken by these platforms. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Host Cohost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income, property damage caused by guests, or platform-related disputes.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Host Cohost from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your property, guest stays, or violation of laws or third-party agreements.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, and materials are the property of Pro Host Cohost and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or applicable agreements.
